PROCEDURE:
- Seller and Buyer sign Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and register contracts
in their own banks.
- Buyer’s bank to Send to the Sellers bank by simple email that the buyer is RWA.
- Seller provides Buyer with Refinery letter confirming allocation along with Q&Q
report on refinery letter head.
- Seller will provide to Buyer Letter of Authorization to verify as well.
- After verification of Seller’s allocation documents, Buyer OPENS TRANSFERABLE RDLC/
or BG one month, for the monthly lift amount of fuel as per the contract/as per the agreed schedule for lift.
- There after any additional documents will be given as required by the refinery.
- Seller proceeds loading of Buyer’s vessels and presents full set of documents to the Buyer’s bank.
